Guidelines in Handling of Health Records and Information Management during the COVID-19 Pandemic

This certificate course provides guidelines and protocols for SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, developed in response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. It covers Health Records and Information Management guidelines that include general guidance, specific guidance, Medical Certification of Cause of Death (MCCD) for COVID-19, guidelines for death certification and coding, and guidance on Coding COVID-19 For Mortality.
