This is a transformative 3-month self-paced course specifically for the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services (CBCHS). The course offers a comprehensive approach to strengthening the healthcare system to enhance health outcomes in Cameroon and throughout Africa. The course covers the 6 building blocks of health systems as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and also goes beyond them. You shall be awarded a certificate accredited by Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services upon successful completion of the course. This course is categorized under leadership and management and the course enrolment is managed by CBCHS.

This certificate module has been designed to support eMentors who will support the health managers and workers undertaking the online Leadership Management and Governance for Health Systems Strengthening course. It will equip them with mentorship knowledge, skills and attitudes to support trainees throughout the ten modules of the course. You shall be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the course. Currently, the course is not open for enrolment.

This 3-months certificate course addresses the six critical pillars of health systems strengthening and beyond, targeting senior health policy makers in Africa. The course aims at ensuring that health workers enhance their skills wherever they are flexibly while also providing services. The course will equip you with skills in effective leadership in order to spearhead service delivery and ultimately improve health outcomes.

You shall be awarded a certificate accredited by a recognised training institution affiliated to the Africa Health Leadership and Management Network (AHLMN) upon successful completion of the course. The certificate has also been accredited for CPD by several regulators.
