Eugene Kaaba is a seasoned Accountant with 10years experience in the Health Sector and 4years in the Education Sector. The 10years of working in the Health Sector at the Hospital, District and Provincial level has been a period of learning from others and adding value to the health sector in Zambia. I believe this training has come at the right time as it will enable me "drink from the vast Well of experience of others who have participated in the planning and policy formulation"
